- You are welcome to sit and listen to the conference speakers; no CMEs are offered to vendors.
Exhibitor Fee for 6’x2′ table is $750. This fee includes continental breakfast and lunch for a maximum of two (2) exhibit representatives per table. Exhibitors will be assigned space based on date of fee payment. If a vendors wishes to register more than 2 exhibit representatives per table, an additional lunch fee will be charged. Please contact email@example.com regarding this type of request.
Online registration has closed due to capacity being reached. Onsite registration will NOT be available.
If paying by check, check must be received by November 6, 2017.
Exhibitors that wish to be added to the waitlist please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If openings become available, exhibitors will be contacted starting on November 7th in the order in which the exhibitors were placed on the waitlist. If paying by check, check must be received by November 14, 2017.
